At PetProvo, we strive to get your furry friend's essentials to them as quickly and efficiently as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Costs:

South Africa:
- Orders above R2000: Free shipping!

International:
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Timeframes:

South Africa:
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Express delivery available for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-2 business days.

International:
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Processing Orders:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm SAST on a business day will typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm SAST or on a weekend/holiday will typically ship the next business day.

Tracking Orders:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

You can track your order status online at any time.

Additional Information:

We ship most orders via reputable courier companies.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

For orders with multiple items, some items may ship separately depending on availability.
