Welcome to PetProvo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile app, and any other online services (collectively, the "Services").     • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    • PetProvo DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
    • PetProvo DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

5. Limitation of Liability:

    • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PetProvo WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Termination:

  • PetProvo may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PetProvo with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
